Cafe Library at LMHS is beginning its 7th year of book clubbing! We are going to read Unwind by Neal Schusterman for October. Here's a one line summary: Three teens embark upon a cross-country journey in order to escape from a society that salvages body parts from children ages thirteen to eighteen. Talk about creepy!!!

We are shooting for meeting on October 31st during lunch in the LMC. I hope you join us.
So far, 3 Cafe Library members finished the book and LOVED it. I too, really liked it and graphic novels are not my favorite genre. This memoir chronicles the life of American author and illustrator David Small, detailing his sickly childhood and teenage years, relationship with his parents, his cancer, and more. There are several twists and turns that even this librarian didn't see coming. I think this book will be interesting to discuss.

Mrs. Badehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06916956987461174883noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4501174455758989094.post-85873441162826998952011-01-26T13:51:00.001-08:002011-01-26T17:37:33.549-08:00Feb.
